Financial support for business incubators (e.g., academic institutions, associations) to support new startups/MSMEs. Grant up to ₹100 Lakh for Technology Business Incubators (TBI).

Eligibility
- Startup must be hosted by an approved Technical Agency (TA)/Incubator
- Focus on innovation, green tech, and rural employment
- New technology or process with high potential
How to apply
MSMEs apply to the approved Incubator/TA. The Incubator applies to the MSME Ministry/SIDBI.

- Detailed Project Report (DPR)
- Agreement with Incubator
- Udyam registration proof (of the MSME/Startup)
