MSME Cluster Development Program (CDP)

Provides financial assistance for Common Facility Centres (CFCs) and creation of new industrial estates/upgradation of existing ones. Grant up to 70% of the project cost for CFCs.

Eligibility

  • Cluster of MSMEs (typically 20 or more units)
  • Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formation by the MSMEs
  • Proposal for infrastructural, technological, or quality improvements

How to apply

Proposal submitted by the SPV to the State Government/MSME-DI, which forwards it to the Steering Committee of the Ministry of MSME.

  • Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the CFC/Infrastructure
  • SPV Registration/MoU
