2nd Loan for Upgradation of Existing PMEGP/MUDRA Units

Subsidy of 15% of the project cost (20% in NER and hill states) on a second loan of up to ₹1 crore for upgrading an existing, well-performing PMEGP or MUDRA unit.

Eligibility

  • Existing PMEGP/MUDRA unit with the first loan fully repaid on time
  • Unit profitable and in production for at least 3 years after the first loan
  • Registered on Udyam

How to apply

Apply online via the kviconline.gov.in PMEGP e-portal under the 2nd loan/upgradation stream through KVIC/KVIB/DIC.

  • First loan sanction and closure documents
  • Udyam Registration
  • Last 3 years' financials/ITR
  • Project report for the upgradation
